We're a boutique interior design studio that was founded by Alyssa Alayvilla in 2017 as DESIGN HAUS INTERIORS and re-branded in 2025. We're based on the West Coast, in Las Vegas, NV. MEET OUR PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
With over a decade of experience spanning luxury residential interiors, architectural design oversight, and real estate development, Alyssa Alayvilla is a multidisciplinary designer and business leader known for creating elevated, functional, and emotionally resonant spaces. Her design perspective is grounded in a diverse academic foundation that blends psychology, interior design, and fashion—giving her a unique ability to understand how people interact with their environments and how aesthetics influence emotion and behavior.

Drawing floor plans at the early age of 12, she received her degree for interior design from The Interior Design Institute (2017), strengthening her skills in space planning, materials, and architectural drafting. . Her creative roots began in the fashion world, having studied at University of the Arts London, earned a Fashion Industry Essentials Certificate from Parsons School of Design, and completed an Associate’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Penn Foster. This multidisciplinary background shapes the signature style she brings to every project—refined, intuitive, and deeply connected to the client experience.

As the Founder & Principal Designer of House of Hartley, she has built a boutique design studio specializing in curated residential environments that blend aesthetic vision with technical precision. Since 2017, she has led projects from concept through completion—planning, designing, furnishing, and photographing distinctive homes across Las Vegas, Los Angeles and beyond. Her work pairs creative intuition with mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and e-design platforms to deliver personalized, lifestyle-driven interiors aligned with each client’s taste, budget, and timeframe.

In addition to her design studio, she serves as Founding Partner & Director of Architecture & Design at Dat Group Investments,, where she merges her design expertise with real estate investment strategy. She oversees architectural direction and design decisions for the firm’s Las Vegas portfolio, crafting value-enhancing renovations while navigating city regulations, STR/LTR requirements, and market-driven exit strategies. Her leadership ensures each property reflects strong design identity, operational efficiency, and long-term investor value.
